Egg
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Shredded Apple
1 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Sift flour,
sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon together. Beat egg; add milk and
cooking oil. Then add raisins, apple, oats and flour mixture. Mix just to moisten.
Pour into 12 greased muffin cups until 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25
minutes.
