1 1/2 cups regular
oats
1 1/4 cups whole pastry flour
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon
baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2
teaspoon salt
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg or 2 egg whites
3 tablespoons canola oil
Topping Ingredients:
1/4 cups oats , 1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon
cinnamon , 1 tablespoon oil
Combine dry ingredients of batter, then wet ingredients, and mix together.
Spoon
into 12 muffin cups.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
