7 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. sugar
4 ounces cream cheese
1
lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese
¼ cup chopped
green pepper
2/3 cup margarine, melted
½ cup flour
1 tsp. baking
powder
Dash paprika
Dash ground mustard
Beat
eggs, milk and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour
into a 9x13; casserole dish, which has been sprayed with oil to prevent sticking.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake 50-60 minutes at 350.
