Pennsylvania Dutch Style Peach Pancakes

1 1/4 Cup of Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tblsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Beaten Egg
1 Cup of milk
2 Tblsp. oil

1 Cup thinly sliced very ripe peaches
1 Cup cinnamon sugar mixture

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add wet and stir till just blended. You may have to add a bit more milk to make your favored consistancy, I like mine thick. Cook individual pancakes on hot grill with butter till the first side is cooked almost through. Add the sliced peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and flip till just done. The peaches make a lovely design on the top. Serve peach and sugar side up. Caution, this does make the grill messy between pancakes, so you may want to clean between each batch. Serve with warm syrup or whipped cream. Serves 6.
