Using
3 minutes oats, prepare enough for as many guests in the usual manner.
In
an individual casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam, put a thin layer
of oatmeal. Then add a layer of mango slices, or peach slices or berries and chopped
pecans. Cover the fruit with another thin layer of oatmeal. Put a healthy layer
of brown sugar over the top and broil till sugar bubbles. Serve with cream or
milk.
If you do not have
a broiler, just set in oven till brown sugar melts. This is a hearty breakfast
and folks love it.
