3 cup quick oats 1
cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt 1 cup milk
1/2
cup canola oil 2 eggs, beaten
Variations:
Add raisins, currants, nuts, chopped dates, coconut, chopped apples
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased 1 qt. baking
dish.
Bake 40 min. Serves 4-6.
