Canadian Bacon

slices Muenster cheese

1/2 Granny Smith Apples, thinly sliced.
Whisk
together eggs and milk. Prepare baking dish by spraying with Pam. Slice croissants
in half. Lightly dip bottom half of croissant in egg and milk mixture, place in
prepared pan. Layer bacon, cheese and apple on top of croissant. Lightly dip top
half of croissant in egg and milk mixture and place on top. Secure with toothpicks
and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle lightly
with powdered sugar.
